Will formatting be preserved?

Text content and paragraph structure are extracted from your PDF and placed into a clean Word document. Complex layouts like multi-column text, tables, and embedded graphics may require manual adjustment after conversion. This is a fundamental limitation of browser-based PDF processing.

Can I convert scanned PDFs?

Scanned PDFs contain images of text rather than actual text data, so the converter cannot extract text from them. For scanned documents, you would need OCR (optical character recognition) software first. Our tool works best with digitally created PDFs where text is selectable.

Is my data safe?
